When you place an order on the Website Sarabanda you will also be contracting with Miniconf S.p.a
These terms and conditions go hand in hand with our Privacy Policy, where we tell you what information we collect about you and how we use and disclose this information ("Privacy Policy").
When you browse and use the Website you agree to comply with our Privacy Policy.
ORDERING PRODUCTS FROM THE WEBSITE
When you place an order via Sarabanda, we will send you an e-mail with your order confirmation listing the products you have ordered. Our order confirmation does not guarantee that your order will be accepted.
Once payment has been made for the products you have ordered, we will prepare your items and instruct our courier to arrange delivery of the products to you; we will then send you a confirmation by email. This email confirms that your order has been accepted by us and that a contract has been finalised.
We reserve the right not to accept your order. We may refuse to accept your order for a number of different reasons: if your payment is not authorised, in the case of shipping restrictions for a particular item, or the item ordered is out of stock .
PRICE AND PAYMENT
The prices of the products are those published on our WebsiteWebsite from time to time, other than in the case of obvious errors. Prices are shown in GBP and include Italian VAT (if applicable) but exclude delivery costs, that will be added to the total amount due upon completion of the order process.
All prices and offers shall be valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP price of a product is that displayed on the Website at the time the order is accepted and will be honoured, other than in the case of obvious errors or we are unable to honour the order at that price for legal reasons
.
Import duty or tax costs may be invoiced to you directly by an import broker, your local courier company, your national Government or any local Government or controlling body who has the authority to raise such duties or taxes in accordance with the law in your country. We have no control over how much tax or duty any such body may charge and we recommend that you contact your local customs authority to determine the landed cost price before completing your purchase.
We are unable to offer prices adjustment on items originally purchased in a sale or on any special promotion items whose prices are temporarily reduced. Once an item has been purchased at a discounted sale price, no price adjustment will be offered should the price of the item be further reduced.
Promotion codes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Furthermore, they cannot be used together with any other promotion code or offer, and must be redeemed within the date published, if provided.
We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard. We also accept Paypal and Bank Transfer.
By placing an order on the Website, you confirm that the payment details provided by you are valid and that, if you are using a credit/debit card, it belongs to you or you have been specifically authorised by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. You confirm that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full.
PAYMENT TERMS
Miniconf spa herewith states that all the prices of the items sold on Sarabandaeshop.com are shown in Euros. When you checkout the prices of the items are shown in 2 currencies simply to give you an idea of what you have spent. The GBP price is therefore is merely approximate.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
We will always try to you fulfil orders, but our sole responsibility to you should a product no longer be available, or we are unable to supply a particular product for any reason, is to make sure we do not charge you for the product.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and the items in your shopping cart are not booked and may be purchased by other customers.
Subject to prior written permission, it may be possible for you to hold an order for late purchase. If we agree to this, we will do our best to prevent the item in question from being sold to another customer but we cannot guarantee this. In any case, orders may only be held for a limited period of time.
DELIVERY AND COLLECTION
All products will be packaged and prepared for delivery by Miniconf S.p.A. The orders will be processed as soon as possible and in any case within two (2) working days from the receipt of payment. The delivery charges shown on the Website or confirmed to you, include Italian VAT (if applicable)
You will be the importer for all international deliveries of products. Before placing an order for a product, please therefore check that your import complies with any applicable import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of the products.
Delivery dates are estimated from the point of despatch and are not guaranteed. Neither we nor the courier shall be responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance procedures at destination.
RETURN POLICY
You have the right to return the items you have purchased within twenty-one (21) working days from the delivery.
The return of products that have been worn, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted. The products returned should bear all the original labels and should be returned in the original packaging. If you wish to exercise your right to return the complete order or one or more of the items purchased, please follow the steps indicated below:
1. Postage and packing costs shall be at the expense of the customer who may us the forwarder of its choice. Miniconf will consider the possibility of paying the shipping costs only if it is considered to be responsible for defective item/items
2. The return of products that have been worn, washed or altered in any way will not be accepted. The products should be returned in the original packaging; Sarabanda has the right not to accept damaged and/or used items; Returned items should be delivered to the carrier within 21 working days from the date of delivery and sent to:

3. If you wish to change an item, the new product/s will be shipped only after we receive the original product/s. Otherwise you will be refunded for the product you have returned. Refund will be made with the same payment method used by the customer in placing the order or by issuing a virtual coupon that may be used to place another order from the Sarabanda shop. Returned products, paid by bank transfer, will be refunded by bank transfer. To obtain a refund, the customer must notify its account details to our customer service. The details required are the IBAN code and name of the account holder.
If you return a product you should return it to us, including all branded packaging. While the products are in your possession, you should take good care of the same.
You may try on the product on or inspect it to see if it fits, but we ask you to treat our products with the same care you would reserve to the same in our store. Please try to keep the tags on, do not remove hygiene seals or stickers and fold the original packaging (including authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags) as neatly as you can.
The refund will be processed as soon as the returned product arrives at our warehouse and will be checked to ensure that it is undamaged.
Refund will be made with the same payment method you used to place your order or we will send you a coupon code by e-mail that you may use to make another purchase on our Website. Normally refunds take place within thirty (30) days.
If you would like to change your product(s) rather than receive a refund, please contact our customer service.
OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU
We take the utmost care when preparing the material on our Website. The material published on our Website is however provided without any guarantee, condition or warranty as to its accuracy or suitability for any particular purpose.
If the need arises, we may suspend access to our Website to carry out routine or emergency work. We decline all and any liability, for any consequences or damages that may be incurred by any third party, should our Website not be available, for any reason whatsoever.

We reserve the right to refuse to post Content on the Website or to remove Content already posted on the Website.

APPLICABLE LAW. JURISDICTION
“The disputes relating to these T&Cs shall be submitted to the territorial jurisdiction of the competent courts of the place of residence of the client”.
We will try to solve any disagreements quickly and efficiently.
Any court proceeding shall in any case take place in Italy.
GENERAL
These T&Cs and our Privacy Policy contain the entire agreement between us and you relevant to the supply of products and/or your use of our Website. No additional terms or conditions requested or communicated in any way by you will be incorporated in our contract, regardless of whether the same have been accepted or otherwise by any of our employees.
We may revise and amend these T&Cs from time to time. You will be subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time you order products from us or otherwise use the Website.
